        Vicky is an excellent groomer and I would highly recommend her. My dog can be quite nervous and she has always put him at ease and he happily goes to his appointments (which was not the case at other groomers!). Due to Vickys set up hes never overwhelmed by lots of other dogs or noise and she is always running on time. Vicky is also excellent with communication in terms of booking appointments and letting me know when my dog will be finished. Thank you!

        Ive been going to Vicky for many years and she always does such a wonderful job of grooming Milo. Despite his age (nearly 15), and baths not being his favourite pastime, Vicky is always gentle and really looks after him. He always looks very smart and smells wonderful after his visits to her. I would highly recommend her services, shes professional but friendly, and clearly loves what she does.

        Weve been using Madisons for about 3 years and have always had excellent service. Vicky is so good with our small, anxious little dog and he always comes out looking his best and happy as a clam! I cant recommend her enough!
