I had a horrible experience here - brand new to a class and I got totally ignored with zero assistance or follow up. The very attractive blonde lady next to me who was also new got lots of assistance and a full break down following the class. Not a nice experience unfortunately

Brilliant studio with amazing staff and great facilities. Loads of classes as well, I never have a problem getting in. They've been great at supporting me through a back injury and now I'm strong and pain-free. Thoroughly recommend. Professional, friendly & knowledgable.

Be careful before you commit yourself to any service/membership with POWMAK, as they might not deliver the service you signed up to and paid for. I purchased the studios most expensive annual membership and paid for it in full upfront. POWMAK advertised this as an UNLIMITED FULL membership which means all classes can be used for an unlimited amount of times and in particular the Reformer classes which are 55 minutes long and run 7 days a week. Shockingly during my time being a member, POWMAK decided to change the annual membership conditions and restricted the members unlimited access to a maximum of 2 Reformer sessions per week. POWMAK has also changed their opening days from 7 days a week to 5 days a week and have reduced the classes from 55 minutes to 45 minutes. POWMAK also prevented members to book a month in advance and bookings could be only done a week in advance. POWMAK told members that pre-booked classes could be cancelled if only one member had booked a class. Members have already paid for an unlimited 7 day service and now POWMAK thinks it is acceptable not to hold a class if only one prepaid customer has booked. Furthermore, be aware that if you book a class and you do not turn up they will without fail charge you for a no show fee on top of your membership cost. However, if POWMAK cancels your class, ironically they will forget to reimburse their customers with the cancellation fee.
