I have been served by her on multiple occasions, from my very first experience buying from the brand where she made it a very enjoyable experience to a recent purchase for Mothers Day. I have always walked out of the store with a smile. Ashley is a credit to the team!

        I had an issue with an online order and their customer service told me to go to the nearest store (obviously not great customer service) I went into the Windsor store and Joanne was so so helpful!! I honestly cannot thank her enough, excellent in store service and she was so lovely. next time I will be going to see them. A HUGE THANK YOU. XXX
