I can't fault the service. They arrived promptly to set up. The staff were really friendly and great with the guests. It really made our night and it was very popular. Having a personalised memory book as well as the guests having their own copies was great and excellent value. Thank you so much.

We hired wonder booth for our daughters wedding on 18th August, we asked for the booth to be set up ready to go for 7pm so the the daytime guests could do all their video messages before the evening guests arrived. At 6:30pm I was phoning around to see where the booth was, I told them where I was and that it was the PDiddy I was expecting, a young girl told me this booth was already booked out (i booked in may 2016) how could i not get the booth i ordered! i then got a text message to say due to changes in the company they no longer have the pdiddy (still being advertised on their website) i would be getting my second choice of the black damask. We showed the guy where we had for him to set up when he arrived at 6:40 and he said this was perfect. When me and my husband went to do our VIDEO Message we were told "no it doesn't actually video, you get 3 seconds between pictures to say something"! not actual videos as stated on the site and in the pricing. In my order I asked for the Green screen to project a picture of a church or bells, something wedding! we got a plain black background. Then at the end of the evening the guy gave us a usb with our pictures and voice messages on and our album. OR SO WE THOUGHT. My daughter got home from her honeymoon to find the usb was completely empty. I left a voicemail, email and text before someone got back to me via text and said they will send another one, this one came with pictures but NO AUDIO. I have today been told that because he was next to the DJ the audio is impossible to hear and with the 6 years of his experience no one wants to leave messages anyway so it sounds good but not always a good idea (remember i asked if this was a problem on the night and was told NO) and I was also told its not video messages its just 3 second audio clips between the photo's being taken. Again not what I ordered. 1, Didn't get the booth we wanted (even booking 15 months in advance then being told they no longer do it, however its still being advertised on their site) We were never called to say we wasn't getting our first choice and did we mind! 2, No green screen image as ordered. 3, No video messages as sold to me as part of the package and still advertised on the site as part of the package. we haven't even got the 3 second audio messages all we have ended up with is an album of pics. 4, All the upset and messing around due to the USB being empty. We paid 524 pounds that on the bill was 495 so i'm owed 29 over paid (not been given. We could have got the starlight dance floor, 4FT light up LOVE letters and photo booth 600 all day long. While Jonathan was friendly happy and good fun and the photo's came out great, I feel let down and lied to, my daughter is so upset and I had guests asking me about the features i'd told them and boasted about (embarrassment) I do not feel in any way shape or form this company are worth the money you can get better deals all day long on the internet. Very disappointed, the 2 stars were only given for the photo's taken. Mrs KB London

I used Wonderbooth on saturday for my 60th birthday bash, and it was the star of the show, everyone went through it, some many times! I have no hesitation in recommending their services, the booth was used for 4 hours, loads of pics in an album and on a memory stick at the end of the evening, all brilliant!

We hired a Wonderbooth for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The service was really professional and friendly, the quality of the booth was great and we were able to take home copies of the prints that our guests took as well as an additional set of photos on USB. The booth was busy the whole night and we have some brilliant pictures to remember the night. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wonderbooth to our friends.
