I went to Emma with a severely prolapsed disk in my back after finding her on the IDD Therapy website. I had read and seen good things about IDD Therapy and felt that the usual drugs and physio wasn't going to work for me. Emma saw me for a standard Osteo session before to make sure I was suitable - that actually helped a bit as she unlocked my neck and checked my spine. She found the issue immediately and agreed to treat after seeing an MRI. My first session on the table was interesting but what I noticed afterwards was a big change in mobility. I was still in great pain but it wasn't nerve pain. As I told Emma, "Everything hurts but everything works" as I noticed I could walk properly, stand up long enough to brush my teeth and even sit on a chair. Session two was different and I seem to be in much less pain. Is it too much to hope for that I may finally have found a route out of pain after seven years? It looks very promising. I would recommend IDD with Emma as she is patient, sympathetic and knowledgable. She seems genuinely passionate about bringing positive change into her patient's lives.

I have been fortunate to have had a couple of treatments with Emma over the last couple of months. Emma listens to your needs and works wonders. Twelve months ago I had a knee replacement and it was still feeling like a block of concrete every day. After one treatment from Emma it had lost it concrete feeling. Emma has also helped identify a stomach issue which I was unaware of and treated it accordingly. Would highly recommend Emma to friends, family and clients.

I felt extremely comfortable from beginning to end, with everything being explained to me. Every treatment I have received has benefited me and I am able to see a difference straight away. I cannot recommend Emma enough!
