        MB Grange only take calm and settled dementia sufferers. They do not deal with challenging behaviour. We had the door firmly closed on us this week. They would not even accept a call from a member of the psychiatric team at Wexham to discuss my fathers progress with medication. I have copy and pasted this from the email I received from them on Friday. We were assessing your father for our dementia suite which do not deal with challenging behaviours with the residents we currently have in the home. So unless your loved one is calm do not waste your precious time with these people. Our experience of their assessment process was awful, there is no warmth or compassion from the assessors, unlike other homes who really understand the challenges and how it devastates families.

        I do not recommend. Take your parents home. My uncle begged to be taken home it was heart breaking. We took him home after a month. Im sorry we ever considered it. They will deteriorate fast in a home.
