I decided to treat myself to a pedicure and a new set of acrylic nails after the stress of lockdown, and what an experience, from the moment I booked my appointment till the moment I left, I had the most luxurious experience. Shanel and her team were so accommodating and so welcoming. I felt like a queen sitting on the salon thrones, the pedicure was actually the best pedicure I have ever had, my feet looked and felt brand new. And my nails look fabulous. Shanel is a real pleasure to deal with, she was so attentive and her team knew exactly what I wanted. They take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, everything was disinfected after use in front of me, all surfaces are wiped, masks are worn. Its a warm, friendly and inclusive salon. I had a pedicure here some time ago and the pedicure itself was really good, relaxing and good technique with the Shellac. However I can only give 3/5 stars as the atmosphere was slightly awkward and it did feel like the receptionist (male) was stressing the staff out for no reason (there were only two customers there because of COVID-19). He was also talking very loudly on the phone for an extended period of time and seemed quite intimidating. Perhaps not the best for an establishment that is mostly frequented by women.

I had a manicure and back massage, and all I can say is wow! I pulled a muscle in my back whilst stretching, explained this to the lovely Receptionist on the phone she booked me in for a 30 min treatment. The masseuse was phenomenal, started working the effected area and low and behold I was healed! Great friendly staff, great atmosphere and more importantly staff know what they are doing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Services: Manicure, Back massages
