Rosy is AMAZING!!!! As a first-time buyer, I did not know much. Rosy made a stressful process extremely easy for me. She was so knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful. She explained the entire process and was there at every step of the way with me. She is very pleasant to talk to, professional and responsive. There is nothing she could have done more. I highly recommend Rosy.

Unfortunately, I had a reallybad experience working with Rosy. I would not recommendher.As a first time buyer I was very inexperiencedand I feel Rosy took advantage of my lack of knowledge. She did not explainthe choices I have and sent me the deals (both for mortgageand insurance) which benefited her but were not best for me. Furthermore, the solicitors she recommendedwere absolutelyincompetent, not only by not doing their job properly but lying to me and giving me misleading information. Rosy also seems to be inexperienced with new builds as when I sent her an email that there are further delays with the constructionof the building, she basicallyblamed me that it's my fault it won't be ready on time.Now, having more experience and working with a different broker I can see a huge differenceand therefore I feel I should share this opinion.
