        The best place you will ever find for MMA. Gregor is a really good coach, his freindly and approachable, and is really committed to providing a place that is affordable where not only kids can train to gain confidence but adults too. His skills and knowledge gave me so much reassurance that we have found the right place. He really cares about the kids and adults that train with him and the growth they have. Thank you for everything in 2022, we look forward to training in 2023
