        KRUPS are impossible to deal with. After following the choices from an answering machine I eventually founds their Customer Service department, which at the start of a recorded message says "We will not accept calls from anyone using unacceptable behaviour". That was before I had said a single word. The advicewas to wait for the next agent and after another 5 minutes the announcement was "The office is now closed", that was at 16.30 on 8th. June 2021. All I need is small 'O ring' seal but I have been given the run around by KRUPS with advice to contact their repairers, a company called 'Staffords' based in Liverpool who told me they do not supply parts. I will never buy another KRUPS coffee machine.

        Emailed there consumer service yesterday re the fact our Nespresso machine from kraps was leaking and the machine had blown our electrics twice resulting in calling out an electrician at our cost. No response from you guys. Shocking customer service please avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
