Thomas changed my life!

This was my first experience working with hypnosis and it has supported me in making fantastic shifts in my life. Thomas was a guide I knew I could trust and the results are more amazing than I could have imagined. My desire was to release limiting beliefs around money. The day after working with Thomas I noticed my decision making had changed and everything simply became more clear and calm for me around my finances. I would definitely recommend these services if you want to see deep shifts happening in your life quickly!

Life changing stuff! When I first approached Thomas I had very fixed ideas of where I needed to get to and, looking back, had set myself an unrealistic timescale to get there. For the first time in my career, and as a result of the coaching process, I gave myself permission to pause, reflect and identify what an amazing work/life balance looks like. Wins were celebrated, confidence built, and rewarding career plans formed. Thomas works with intelligence and humour, his knowledge of business combined with wellbeing is invaluable. What felt like a mountain to climb was broken down into manageable and ambitious goals. I am excited about the journey ahead.....family life, health and work.

Its take a certain type of person to ask that ultimate question that provoke a change. Tom had this area covered, Ive spent a lifetime chasing the next challenge or promotion with little thought to where Ive come from. Ive struggled with confidence up until Tom asked me about my past my history and my achievements... Im clearer than ever on what I have to offer and all thanks to that ultimate set of questions.
