1st Class Leathergoods & Luggage Repairs

It's true we have had difficulties with inexperienced staff and cannot put right the past, however, apart from items where we can no longer find the best spare part, we are still able to offer a decent repair service.

Harry and the team at 1st class leathergoods and luggage repairs were simply 1st class! They were incredibly kind, and assisted me with my damaged luggage very very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them for repairs!

From phoning them about the repair of my mulberry bag strap they were courteous and knowledgeable. From sending to and receiving from only took 5 days the repair is extremely well done and the cost was very reasonable totally deserve 5 stars I have used them before and will definitely use again excellent

I sent a Filofax for repair last November. I have emailed, written and phoned constantly. The lies I was told were amazing - and convinced me for ages. They claimed it had been sent, gave me two false tracking numbers, invented a story about it being sent to a local Budgens who act as agents. I rang Budgens who explained they only receive parcels for people to pick up but do not act as a postal service. They then told me the parcel was still at the Windsor Post Office and they would collect it an re-send that afternoon! Gave me yet another Royal Mail tracking number that doesnt exist. I have finally given up. It wasof sentimental value. They just lie. Avoid them. I have just read the response. This is not true. They told me it was repaired. They never ever said it had been returned to them as undeliverable as they now claim. I spent months believing different stories that told me about why I hadnt got it. I am not responding any more. I leave it to readers to judge. But I would say that another reviewer appears to have had a similar experience to mine.
