Worst landlord group on earth. Never want to spend any money on large desperately needed home improvements and when you do have a repair booked in your lucky if their tradesmen even turn up! Absolutely shocking service in every department yet they now offer a new "well being" mental health customer care service!! what a absolute joke!! Brunch of cowboys and clowns.

Ask for third party approval every time I call and nothing gets done, the lady on the phone keeps interrupting on the phone and they keep promising to get jobs done and never call back. Service is terrible and they have no care towards disabled tenants. No care whatsoever, no management to resolve any issues
