        Our stay was ok, the room was clean and comfortable, some items missing from breakfast and evening menu. The big problem was the 50% discount on parking that didn't work and an extremely rude girl on reception when I phoned to ask about the parking charge, I got told she was "thinking" in a loud rude voice more than once, she spoke over me and was not interested in helping me at all, very very rude!! The location was close to the castle

        Location location location. . . Slap bang in the middle of Windsor literally minutes walk from the castle , train station , shops, bars and everything Windsor has to offer . We had a family room which was very spacious . No hand soap in bathroom and mould around the bath unfortunately though . . Plenty of tea and coffee with kit kats Breakfast was nice as you'd expect at a travel lodge , plenty to choose from for all tastes The room would of been perfect if it wasn't for the windows , they were double glazed but let in all the noise they might as well have been open and the whole buildings windows were absolutely filthy which let the whole place down especially in the dining /area it just doesn't look welcoming that with the sewage smell around reception / outside area - without these I would of rated them much higher
