        You walk in and there is a lovely reception space then you go up to the counter and tell the receptionist what youre there for and she waves you off with an eye roll to a second outpatient reception space that is shabby, with a miserable front desk, long queues and a crowded room with GP vibes. Its basically catfishing.

        Katy and Fiona always go way above expectation and nothing is ever too much. Dr Hanief is amazing, he really cares and is professional and supportive at all times. The chemo team are also fantastic. Abbie Foreman, scrub nurse has also been through my journey from the start and has been incredible. All great ambassadors of PMH. Charlotte Rose
