I have been contacted by the company(Leon)and they finally came over to fix the issue.
They explained to me that at the time we had the shower glass fixed, they had a different management. Leon has done a good job and addressed the previous issues.

This review is to provide an insight of my experience of glass 360 as a customer, hopefully your experience will be better than mine!
As we needed a bespoke shower glass door we contacted glass360 to have a quote.
They were very reactive and following a first visit ( he sounded very professional, thorough and experienced) we opted for their service.
In a couple of weeks they came to install the glass door...we were very happy about their service and you will be thinking "It is a dream service so far...why a bad review?"
Following the installation we were told that we could use the shower only after 24 hours, as the work was completed and because of a reassurance they would have came back to address any issues, we paid the final installment...but it was an error.
As we tested the shower, we became aware there was a leak and we sent an email straightaway asking for them to come and address the issue.
After about 10 calls and several messages, the installer came to check the issue...with no tools.
He stayed 20 minutes and then he told us that he would need to come back again because during the installation the door had not been installed correctly...1300...and they made it wrong.
They never came back to fix it.
After 2 months, calls not returned and messages not answered, we understood.
We trusted a service that in the end was very BAD.
