One of the lovely gift shop in Windsor. The customer service is great. The shop assistants, are kind & humble. They really look after their customers well & will go extra mile to help their customers and to satisfy them. Highly recommend the gift shop to anyone who is wishing to buy a gift with love.

I do not reccomend going to this shop. Yesterday afternoon I went in and bought a book about windsor castle which was 5.99. I gave a 20 note to the shop keeper. He then asked for a pound extra for change to confuse me. Then gave me a old 5 note. Then said I gave him it! I only had 20 pound notes in my purse. eventually he gave me a new 5 pound note! But did not give me the rest of my change... he still owes me 4 change! What a con artist! Makes me so angry when people are spending their hard earned money. Wouldn't like to think how many people he has done this too before especially foreign people visiting Windsor. He was Asian, old, grey hair. Watch out for him
