Excellent advice. I had assumed that my boiler had failed, but after speaking with the boiler engineer, he determined that my shower's thermostat was the real issue. When I called a different boiler repair business, I was told to replace the boiler entirely! I will continue to use him for boiler repairs because I believe that trust is very crucial.

Gas engineer provided excellent service. My boiler's issue was identified by him, and once it was fixed, he explained what went wrong and how to keep it from happening again. a gentlemanly man who does tidy, effective, and professional work. Definitely going to use Ni Gas again. Thankyou:)

Extremely disappointing experience. Requested the service because half of my radiators were not working. They sent a first plumber that was a nice guy and did several checks but could not find any solution. The plumber asked me "what is this" when he saw the Gledhill boiler mate device... he had no idea or experience on how this device works. I got charged 150 pounds with the promise that someone else with experience on this type of installation would come or assist me. Of course, nobody called me to book this next check and I had to call several times to get someone else to show up again. A second plumber came and unfortunately when he saw the Gledhill boiler mate device, he asked me "what is this?". That was 3 weeks ago and I've been trying to call them back and most times they don't pick up the phone or when I get to speak to them they say "the manager will call you back". I have paid a service and the heating system still doesn't work and we have no clue what is wrong with it. Don't waste your money hiring this company.
