My Scoot

I purchased the Inokim mini 2 from My Scoot as a Christmas present to my self and as it was the cheapest place I could find. I searched for a while and saw a discount on this scooter just after Black Friday. It was very easy to order and the scooter arrived the next day. The scooter was packaged very securely and I love how Inokim have placed all the things you need very neatly at the top. It reminded me of an Apple product. Screwing the handles to the scooter was a bit fiddly. I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to thank Marcus from My Scoot. I couldn't get the scooter to lock up right and was worried it had a fault. I called them and Marcus said all I had to do was put my foot on the board and it will click into place. OMG...! So easy when you know how ! I love the scooter, its the perfect size and weight and I cant recommend My Scoot enough.

My Scoot customer services helped me find the right scooter and talk me through the pros and cons of each of them. Im glad I spoke to them before as I think i found the perfect scooter for me. I ordered on Monday and scooter was delivered on Tuesday. Very happy with my Inokim Light 2 scooter.

Bought an Inokim Quick 3 from this store. Lockdown saviour at uni. Delivery was as stated but had to pay for delivery for Slime tyre sealant the next day which they wouldn't deliver for free despite my pleading.

Ordered a scooter from my Scoot last week to help with the socially distanced commute I'm having to do daily. Very fast service. I wasn't sure about returns so I rang the number and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Great service
