        I had a terrible time trying to make it work. Guest tab didnt work as it wouldnt recognise the credit card on the contactless payment screen and there was no option to swipe or insert card, QR code appeared to work and then chucked me off the charger twice and it took ages for me to get the charger out of the car. Downloaded the Recharge App but couldnt use that as I didnt have a recharge card - burst into tears and left! Why does this system have to be so convoluted - just let me put in or wave a credit card, connect the card and charge the same way youd fill up with petrol. Presumably this is the way the electric companies think we will become loyal users. In this performance, I would now avoid these Shell chargers like the plague!
