I went to clean clothes to gave my coat for dry cleaning they take it and check all the instructions on the coat and said yes we can clean this and they did when i picked up my coat they burn all the furs on the hood and broke the buckle on the belt which no longer can be used , i went again and ask that lady this is what you guys did to my coat and she was no we are not responsible you need to ask your company (Michael Kors) why this happened, is she out of her mind you guys destroy my coat and asking me to contact the company what rubbish and then she said ok let me speak with my Manager and i will call you and took my number and now its been three weeks she never called me . Its a rubbish dry cleaners would definitely not recommend to anyone. Service: Laundry wash & fold
