I have been quite disappointed lately with the performance of the sheet street surgery. They doctors are very good, I must admit. However, the rest of personal I find are not on top of their duties. My pharmacist requests my medication once a month and this month despite boots requested my antidepressant on the 15th of March I have mot gotten it making me missed taking it over 8 days in. row. I had to go to the practice with a printed copy of the email from the boots dated over a week before to prove that ot has not been sent. I spoke today with the manager of the practice - a woman whose name is Kate being told strongly off that I am quick to blame without solid proof. However, proof was there already presented the day before. Superficially polite on the phone, but one could notice clearly feeling of hostility towards me the way she spoke to me. I had an issue in February with the pharmacist from the practice, for which reason I have spoken to the same manage - Kate and have been told that since I am not satisfied I maybe should be looking in to changing the practice rather tjan apologise and look into resolving the issue. Having asked for local NHS TRUST to take the complain further, I have been informed by Kate that she would email me all the contact information the next day. However, such precedence has not happened until the very day. As an outcome of the complaint to NHS England, the surgery was audited in June last year (2022) and rated in several aspects as needing major improvements. So far, one cannot see any difference, and the improvements still have not been implemented. The culture of rudness, neglect, and the lack of professalism of staff working at the surgery's reception is still strong in place and waiting to be improved. It's such a shame because the surgery, after all, has doctors educated at the best world-renowned universities such as Oxford Cambridge and Harvard.

The reception staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble for them in all the dealings I have had with them. A true credit to the practice . The Practice Nurse and the Dr ,who had the unfortunate task of tending to me during my recent heart attack episode were both very calming, reassuring and genuinely caring and so put me at my ease during quite a frightening experience . As a result of their swift actions , I am here to write this review . They too are a real credit to the practice.

I was able to make a face to face appointment with no difficulty, Receptionists always friendly, helpful and efficient (and have sorted out problems for me in the past). GP was great, and also did a routine test for me, so I didnt need to come back for that. Great service and care.
