I have been going here for over 20 years with my 3 children and have always had excellent service. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I moved half an hour drive away but chose to stay with this practise.

The receptionist at the surgery is extremely rude and talks over you and has no people skills. There is no excuse for rudeness, she should make you feel at ease and feel welcome at the surgery. I have been with this surgery for approx 30 years and today I cancelled my appointment because of her and her rudeness and I am going elsewhere. No apology.

Absolutely brilliant. Went in as a nervous patient and was greeted by the lovely, helpful receptionist. Then I went in to see Dr Bhatia who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. Thank you

I came here just for a filling since my usual dentist was too far. Never again. When my dentist showed me the x-ray, our jaws dropped: half my tooth was filling and there was a considerable gap to the next one; never this happened in my mouth, so primitive or amateur. Also, the extra advice I was given was alarmingly inaccurate as it was not a real professional talking. If you become a dentist, please learn first to preserve your clients' teeth since they don't grow back like hair does, for example. And make sure you are interested enough in this career as to assess well and give the right advice.
