        Awfully rude receptionist. No reminders given for appointments, Upon being called for an appointment (with no notice) I politely stated I can't make it due to a medical emergency and. I apologised and mentioned I hadn't been reminded since I made the appointment over three months ago due to long waiting times. Rude receptionist didn't even bother to book me in and hung up on me without letting me even speak, her tone of voice was nasty and unnecessary. Not been trained in customer service but instead to ruin peoples day! Such a shame it seemed like a convenient dental practice!

        I have been a patient at Windsor Dental Practice for over 17 years. Mr Badiani is an outstanding Dentist, I trust him implicitly and wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my teeth. I consider myself really lucky to have found this practice, as you hear so many horror stories from elsewhere. Every single appointment is preceded by a call from the reception team, to ensure I never miss a visit. The service is professional, fairly priced and delivered with care and respect, very very highly recommended.
