Zero stars for this incompetent company! The incompetent driver did NOT press the intercom to alert arrival; placed the parcel in the communal area of this apartment block risking theft! I only leave my apartment once a week for food so, if the parcel had been stolen then the Police would be involved. I phoned this incompetent Company to be connected to low level Customer Service in the Philippines; low level person disconnected my call! I phoned again demanding GBP 8 refund for delivery based on the fore-mentioned but NOTHING RECEIVED. Extremely low score via Google Reviews and Trustpilot! DEMAND REFUND NOW YOU INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!

years and years, logitech options software are not working, complaints on the internet, no improvement!!!

Shameful! Recently I've spent over 200 with Logitech recently as well has having bought products from them before, I experienced a few issues with their MX Master 3 so got in touch with customer support, after going back and forth a few times they offered a replacement which was also faulty (I think it is a software fault). Since 'escalating' the case to their technicians they have ignored my communications, as of writing this I have send customer support 7 emails of which none have been answered, telephoned their office and was told I would receive a call. I never did. I also reached out to them on Instagram where I finally received a response which was in essence 'we will get someone to get back to you'. They never did. However they do seam to have the time to remove my comments on their Instagram posts rather than actually respond to me and sort out this issue. To top this I've emailed their MD twice and have not received a reply. A real shame because some of their products are really good.

Terrible customer service. Minimal effort to resolve issue. UPS lost the item and both seem to not care at all.
