I had bought Tesco pasta about 6 days back. I hadnt even opened it. I went to return it at the customer centre. I am new to this country and I am still learning. The lady was extremely rude and ill treated me. She interrogated me on why am I returning it after a long period of 6days, reason behind it, why didnt I return it first as soon as I entered the store instead of shopping for my groceries today. I have never experienced such pathetic service ever in my life.
