Quite possibly the worst comedy night I have ever experienced. Completely un funny acts, the compere was a disaster who couldn't make a small child smile if he were holding a bag of sweets. The second act seemed to consist of a Muslim lady who's entire act centred around saying "bruv" a lot and looking at her watch. The night finally culminated with a bloke and a guitar singing "I would do 500 lines" to the tune of the Proclaimers!!! What the hell?? Also a quick tip for all the acts and the compere if you want to hold the audience's attention rather than telling people to be quiet and not to talk, try actually being entertaining, you may find people listen then. On the plus side, interval DJ was very good. Other than that I wouldn't bother.

A rowdy crowd who barely paid any attention to the acts and made abusive comments were allowed to stay for the duration of the evening while many other audience members left. It was a horrible experience for the acts who werent able to deliver their sets and referred to themselves as feeling like supply teachers. One act didnt even show and this wasnt explained or referred to but obvious why. Drinks tasted very off from the pump so I had to swap for a bottled drink , of which there werent many options. The seating arrangements are really terrible too.

All in all a good experience. The place is small and narrow and drinks and cocktails are priced high. Its Windsor, I get it. We arrived an hour before the comedy show started and that area was closed off so we were told we would need to stand around (as the few tables available in the bar area were reserved) - not a viable option for us - so we left to be somewhere else til the comedy show started. Upon return, it was a slow (but well organised and well staffed) process of getting to our (reserved) booth. First act was solid and hilarious. second and third were OK - disappointing in itself - bar staff and management were efficient and courteous.

Great venue which had a great selection of Music and drinks. The venue is very big and goes far back. A great night out and good night. The security were good keeping everyone safe and were friendly.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had while attending one of your comedy shows. On multiple occasions during the show, I was told by the bouncer not to talk, which baffled me as I am a paying customer and was merely engaging in conversation related to supporting the acts. My friend and I were not going out of the way to be extremely loud or make people uncomfortable which I later learned from the bouncer. However there were hacklers in the crowd I could say was making me feel uncomfortable and they would have to be extremely loud and yet I understood that this is show and we want to make it this interactive and enjoyable as possible. As a customer, I believe that I have the right to engage in reasonable conversation during a comedy show, especially when it is in support of the performers on stage. However, I was repeatedly interrupted and told not to talk by the bouncer, which disrupted my enjoyment of the show. Furthermore, upon speaking to the bouncer to seek clarification because it became increasingly frustrating.I was informed that it was a "policy" of the comedy club. I realized that I was not familiar with this policy and had not signed or agreed to any terms and conditions related to it. As a customer, I believe it is important to be made aware of any policies or terms and conditions that may affect my experience at your establishment. when I got home ,I made sure searched your website to ensure that this policy was something that was very obvious to me as a customer, but I was unable to find anything regarding it. Despite my efforts to make sense of what the bouncer was saying about the policy after being made aware of it, I was eventually told by the bouncer that I was no longer allowed to return to the show because I had supposedly broken the policy. I was not even allowed to finish the drinks and pizza that I had paid for as part of my show experience. Eventually I requested to speak the manager and she was able to resolve this matter and I was able to continue watching the show ,only there was 30mins left of the show. Not only was I unaware of the policy and now I missed the second half of the show. I acknowledge and I appreciate the manager for giving a chance to rectify the situation or finish my evening before being asked to leave. However,I believe that it is the responsibility of the comedy club to clearly communicate any policies or terms and conditions to customers before or upon entering the premises. I request that the comedy club review its policy communication and enforcement practices, and take appropriate steps to ensure that customers are adequately informed about any rules or regulations that may affect their experience. I would also like point out that the bouncer refused to share his name with me Im not sure if this the companies policy too or if he was a freelancer however it is my understanding that providing their name or some form of identification when requested is part of their professional responsibility and is often considered standard practice in the customer service industry.
