We chose TBC Surveyors in part because of the google reviews and after using them we can confirm the reviews are accurate of the service provided. Robert gave us honest impartial advice which is a hard thing to do as I can understand how easy it is to tell customers what they want to hear. He treats people like he wants to be treated; top bloke!

Great communication and thorough job. Robert had to move the original survey date due to unforeseen circumstances and managed to arrange a new date later the same week. He also provides lots of photos and shares the results through OneDrive which I liked.

We were really pleased with the report by Robert as it was really comprehensive, clear and easy to understand. He identified some issues that we would have not considered and we were able to investigate further to make our decision to move forward with the property. Robert also gave us the time to explain the issues and answered all our questions. We were really happy with his service and would definitely recommend to our friends.
