5 Star Mobile Car Wash

I heard those people were great so I went there and really needed to wash my car inside and outside. What I can say they think only about wash a car as fast as possible to do the next car and make as much money as possible. The result of the job was really poor and let me say that if they would only take a bit more time on the inside could even be a doable. But I need to say terrible job on the inside they dont even remove the matts. And the thing is that they are always very busy. If they want to be successful they need to take pride on what they do but is the other way More car more money It was nice to have a car wash in Windsor but I will now continue to go to the car wash in Slough as they take pride on what they do. If they improve I will go back as its easier for me as I live in Windsor and I have 2 cars. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

It's not 5 stars. But yes, they do a good clean job, staff are they're polite and I'm a repeat customer but that's about it.

I have washed my car (black colour) here and had scratches all over my car because they are not cleaning their sponges/ clothes regularly. When asked how often they change clothes, they said once every day, and they confirmed they wash over 100 per day!! They seem not to be bothered about the scratches while charging 23 per wash (in and out) which is totally overpriced. They havent even said sorry and started an argument instead!! Please do not use these folks as they are not customer-centric - they seem to not bother about their service quality and train their staff - it's all about money for them! I will take legal actions as I cant be fooled that way, and Im sure half of Windsor drivers are washing their car at the same place, paying to get a scratch on their vehicle!
