For starters, this was one of the handful of places close to the castle which was opened by 9.30 on a Sunday Morning. To add to it they har Halal food. Got mini sausage buns and cheese nuggets. Both were straight off the oven and tasted fresh. Would have been better if they were less greasy. Could do better by adding more hot beverage options. Only had plain black coffee.

Hi I visited your store in Windsor Friday 13th . The staff there dont change theyre gloves ever. Ive paid cash and with the same gloves she took the cash and touch the food. I was waiting for my pizza and then another customer came, again she use the same gloves to serve that customer. And touching the till as well with the gloves. I really dont think is hygienic. Gloves should be wear only when handling food . Or if she really wants to have gloves then she should change it . In special when touching money. Food is ok but the pretzel and the sticks were cold and hard. I would have expected it to be at least warm as Im eating inside. And on top of that she forgot about my drink. Service is average they dont smile or engage with the customers. This is my second time in here but I dont think Ill be back.
