Shocking place!! Wish we hadn't gone in now! Toilets were disgusting with no toilet roll or hand drying facilities. Our youngest had a chocolate cookie which she couldn't eat as it was stale and we were over charged. Didn't realise how grubby it was until we were leaving as my feet stuck to the floor! Just walk past as far better places to dine!

Not tourist friendly or people friendly. We visited this place yesterday morning for breakfast with my husband and our infant. The restaurant reception was very ignorant as soon as we enter. We waited for some time at the table but no one came to take our order. Then I had to go to reception and ask about giving breakfast order and they told we had to give order at the entrance only. They could have told this earlier when we entered. We went to another hotel nearby Crispy Dosa which was very good with a warm welcome and good food.

Bacon roll tasted stale. Appalling staff. Toilets were manky. A blot in Windsor that should be scrapped altogether! Minus stars if i could.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nope. Big wooden step on the way in and the main seating area is up 3 steep steps. Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to stale, slimy or possibly reheated food, avoid this place.
