        Spend time with FJ Lane on a school project. They promised a quote a week later. Nothing arrived, after telephone calls and an email to the boss to chase, 6 weeks later I got a curt email saying they would not offer me a quote on this occasion. In my opinion, this is shoddy, time wasting, unprofessional behaviour.
