I was lucky enough to take part in the BAC January Transformation Course' - a Christmas present from my husband. I needed to focus on 'me' and I found the weekly hour session on zoom accessible, educational and engaging. I was so impressed to meet & hear from the experts (fitness, nutritional, motivational) on the course, as well as being on a WhatsApp group with them for the full 6 weeks. I have made lasting changes to my diet & fitness regime which I know will improve my future health. Plus I met like minded locals who were in the small group It also felt nice to know I could have my three treatments over three months, as they were included in the course. For me, the experience felt like a NCT course to clear the fog/put me back together now my kids are at school. Although the course is for men too! Thank you to Sue, Laura, Russ, Naomi & Holly!
