        Very bad customer service, a lot going on. Felt like my hair cut was rushed and also had a problem as I was undecided what length I wanted. Cut uneven and not how I showed on my reference picture.

        Excellent professional who really takes her time to understand what you want and deliver acordingly. The athmosphere in the saloon is always great and everyone is smiley and friendly. Maria is absolutely amazing. She sat with me and talked about exactly what I wanted. Really lovely and chatty. Made me feel really comfortable. That really made it 5*
