Great location but sadly Metro Bank is planning to close the Windsor store on 17 June 2022

No wonder this branch in Windsor is closing waited over 40 mins not one member of staff acknowledged us we had to keep asking if anyone is free to see us and were told one member of staff only available to serve customers and she was busy sorting something that took forever.. One hour gone we are still waiting is there such a thing as customer service

Nightmare of a branch As soon they announced they were closing they bought their worst staff out . One member confirmed my locker is transferred and she said I get a discount on locker fees for a year I go in to do the formalities and the other executive completely denies any such changes Infact he was insistent that I was over reacting . His attitude was of a 13 yrs old teenager (they dont wear name Ids) Charged me for the months locker fees even thou Im closing it Get to slough branch and was told I have to pay the locker charges again because they got nothing to do with windsor branch ( same bank hey ) So ended up paying double fees for a month No discount on locker fees as promised They have no easy way to complain - only post or call Tried calling and was on hold for 45 min and gave up God help my account
