        Was told to go into branch because my problem can't be resolved online. Went into branch, the lady was very pleasant and helpful but told me she would call me back. And guess what, I am still waiting for a call 3 weeks later. Don't bother with this branch.

        This place downgraded a lot after the lockdowns. There is only one teller and desk. Most of the services provided are the automatic machines and ATM. Its not too bad if you go during non busy hours. The employees are very nice and helpful, but there arent enough of them so you most likely will need to wait in line.

        Too often walk out getting told that whatever I need help with can not be sorted out at this branch. Either call the customer service line or go to another branch.

        I dont know how to start to do one transfer they block my account and when I go to branch I have to wait 2 hours to do it this bank just to be good but now they are rubbish
