        Was here on holiday. Tried to get some cash out and the machine decided to not return my card. Manager Deepa Kanth was absolutely no help, bad tone of voice, constantly referring to terms and conditions that are not there. If she would have used some common sense and logic i would have got my card back, but clearly too daft to understand.

        Gia callaghan, thank you for your exceptional service and guidance. Was truly appreciated and made me realise why I chose Barclays in the first place. Would 100% recommend to anyone. You helped out with Money transfers, fraud payments and overall assurance with banking. Thanks again as the help and support was needed.

        What a Joke!!! Barclays Bank REFUSED to give me an overdraft. 0 means 0. Well not quite apparently! Barclays have put Me into Debt by 15. They then told me it is a buffer. They have put Me into debt Without my consent. I'd know. I then went into the branch and the staff were just downright unhelpful. I was in the branch waiting to be served whilst the two floor staff dealt with other customers. It is an absolute joke. They can abuse the system by putting me into overdraft yet I can't get any overdraft! I see it as theft but as usual they have an excuse. The only reason there is one star is because I Had to put at least one. I DIDN'T want to.
