        There is no way to get face2face appointment with GP. No matter what issue you have, response is "we have no doctors right now" and what they offer is to book you visit in Bracknell Urgent Care Centre. Happen to us on multiple occasion. What is a point to keep this GP practise where it doesn't have GP doctors. We are moving away from this practice and you should do it as well.

        Amazing! Have always had very good experiences coming to the surgery ever since its had its re-vamp. With lovely receptionists and amazing doctors. I have been to see Doctor Nathan a few times regarding my self and my baby and each time he is super friendly, incredibly helpful and kind. One of the most wonderful doctors Ive ever met. And all my friends and family who have met him have said the same.

        A pretty terrible experience trying to get an appointment. "Protocols" are simple being used as an excuse for not engaging with patients. Why when the rest of the world can schedule things in advance can AMC not manage this?

        Called AMC at 10am as I had a painful earache, the lovely receptionist managed to get me an app the same day! I was seen by a GP who was extremely caring, she listened to my symptoms and prescribed ABX and within 3 hrs the pain was subsiding. Thank You AMC
