        Appointment for my daughter who had white spots on her throat resulted in a text consultation and recommendation that she go to A&E! This surgery needs to realise that people need appointments to go in or at least talk to patients on the phone. You cant do a consultation over text!

        Hostile receptionist But after I posted a bad review I received a call from Vicky from the surgery. She is a lovely warm friendly girl. She took time to explain the new system to me. I do feel the new system since covid is not as efficient but I also believe most people at the surgery try their best. Dr fanning is my hero!
