        Fabulous service all round. We met James knowing nothing about hot tubs and he was extremely patient with us, pointing out all the features we needed to think about. Delivery and installation were great, as has been the follow up service. I would thoroughly recommend.

        James and his team were outstanding. I didn't visit any others stores as I felt so confident with Pools & Spas Windlesham after the first visit. Everything went to time and to plan with the delivery and the team were a pleasure to deal with; professional and friendly. The hot tub is incredible and has exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

        We have had excellent service from James and the team. We had to change the delivery date due to other delays and they were very accommodating. The delivery team arrived on time and were really helpful and considerate, having to go through our neighbours garden and help us with the fence panels that were difficult to lift. The hot tub is amazing, though currently on a low temperature due to the heat wave and being used as a giant bubbly paddling pool. Definitely recommended.
