Received fantastic service, called in a 8am after having my front bumper knocked off in hospital car park the previous evening . Needed to return to the hospital that day and needed bumper fixing asap. I said I could leave and get a taxi but didnt need to as they put the car on a ramp and fixed immediately. I was so impressed I will use them again and recommend all my friends to use them too. Well done Macs we are lucky to have you in our village THANK YOU

My son and I have been going to RJ Macs for several years now, using them for MOT and serving our vehicles, I have the utmost trust in their staff completely and you wont get any nasty shocks with their prices for labour.

It couldnt have been easier . Booked the car in for MOT , dropped it off , walked next door to Fieldhouse Coffee for a sandwich and drink . Picked it up 1 hour later . As wick and efficient as ever .

Rude and unprofessional. Was told I was trouble from the start. Charged extra without informing me and after stating twice there would be no extra charge. Had my sons car for a week due to an extra part they were waiting for and only received two calls from them, I missed 1 call as I was in hospital but they didnt leave a message. Told not to return which I will gladly oblige. I believe I was speaking to RJ. The other team were very polite. Never been treated like this before. It was an expensive job for this particular car so I did want it in writing which I have always got from other garages. Also when contacting the garage on a few occasions the call was cancelled or not answered. Think they need an answer phone at least, if they are busy, not cut people off. Update. Car has not been resolved as still losing power steering fluid. Have to go to another garage to sort as not comfortable about going back here.
