I have made several orders from Crocus, the first one in November. The plants (a large order ) were dumped in our front garden even though we were in at the time of delivery. The plants were also really small - some were only roots. We planted them nevertheless as we were assured this is normal for winter plants and that the plants were under warranty. I made another order in February, and it had the same delivery issue. Again a plant was roots only and within two months it was clear it didn't take. I phoned up customer service and the lady was very helpful and refunded the failed plant. I also mentioned the November plants to her and she said they were under warranty too, but because they were planted in November, they might take longer to emerge. I said I would check with our gardener which ones have come up and which ones have failed. I spoke to our gardener and she said it was clear which plants have failed. So I phoned Crocus, but unfortunately, this time, I was connected to a very rude and unhelpful assistant who said I should just email them with photos. I questioned how I could do that if the plants didn't emerge? She even said" I know it is my job to take down the name of the plants, but it would be easier if you emailed." It was too much bother for her to write down 4 ot 5 plant names!!! She then grudgingly took the name of the plants and said she would talk to a manager. She said she would call back if there was an issue with replacing the plants. Otherwise, she would send replacements. She didn't do either of those things. I will have to phone again next week and hope that I will get through to someone helpful in customer services. Also, having read other reviews, it is clear that there is an issue with deliveries and plant quality - other people are reporting tiny plants too with only roots showing. Their guarantee is also not worth the paper it is written on! Beware.

I ordered salvia hot lips and salvia cherry lips. They arrived very carefully packed etc but the latter was completely dead. Who is their right mind goes to such trouble to pack a dead plant? Waiting over a week for a replacement. Will not recommend or use again. Unable to post a photo I guess too embarrassing!
