        No one likes going to the dentistBUT If anyone is going to make it as pleasurable as possible its this practice. The dentists are all highly professional and really do make it painless. I would highly recommend them.

        The receptionist (short grey hair and glasses) needs replacing before she brings the whole surgery reviews down to 0. Worst customer service ever experienced. Simply asked if she could email a copy of a receipt (as this is what they usually do on request) and she refused. Another staff member overheard and offered to do it. However, the receptionist didn't allow her to. Ridiculous.

        A fantastic dental surgery with a great team of staff. Im not the easiest of patients when it comes to needles and dental treatment. My dendist Alisha is patient, reassuring while equally thorough with making sure all pre-cautionary measures are covered so the treatment is a success for the long term. this balance is rare. Thank you Pennyhill Dental Care
