Really pleased with the service from this company. They had previously fitted kitchen lino and have now carpeted the front room, stairs and main bedroom. They have done an excellent job. The fitters were nice chaps and Dale helped us choose the carpet and even sorted my doors for me as they were a bit tight with the new carpet. Would definitely recommend them.

Very very disappointed with this company. Appalling communication and the work carried out at first was unacceptable. After complaining to the owner (Dale) I was promised he would come and sort the problems himself and he didnt come and stopped responding to messages. Finally after over 2 months since the first fitting another fitter from the company came and relaid the floor yesterday to an acceptable standard (this fitter was self employed and I would happily use him again but not the company). Still no communication from the owner to check in or offer any type of refund. Very disappointed in the company and will NOT use again. The photos attached are from the second visit from the first fitter after not returning to finish the floor when he said and finally coming back weeks later. The floor layer that came yesterday commented on how badly it had been laid and left. He ripped it up and laid a new floor.

S&H have supplied and fitted carpet and vinyl for a couple of jobs now. Really good service and advice and we are very happy with the end results.
