        Shambles of a company management awful, they seem more interested in money and ticking the right boxes instead of giving the service users what they need or want.

        As it's no longer profitable this company have abandoned their clients in Baildon. Even worse is, during the final week before abandonment and transfer, the carers were re-allocated their 'early' morning visit to 10.00, without warning. 2 1/2 hours late.... The carers care, the management don't.
