Kate Jones Yoga & Birth

I attended Kate's Pregnancy Yoga in 2018-2019 and found great comfort in each class - physically, mentally and emotionally. When I had my daughter in Alpril 2019 I went back to join her Mum and Baby Yoga class where I was pleased to find some of the women I had met in the Pregnancy class had also joined. Over a number of months we formed a real support network, sharing our weekly highs and lows in a safe and comfortable space. Kate led but didn't dominate the group, striking the perfect balance between supporting us and giving us the freedom we needed to take time for ourselves as individuals, whilst also sharing with us and guiding us through her vast knowledge of yoga practise and post natal care. Though my daughter has much outgrown the baby class, we still meet as a group and I am sure we will be friends for life. We have a lot to be grateful to Kate for.

Shes just lovely!... calming..warm and soo easy to understand... did yoga 6 hours a week many years ago. Have tried other classes but there was no passion from the instructor... this talented , intuitive lady has been a god send for someone who has moved into another county and taken on a responsible job. I have a place to get grounded... with someone who cares. Thsnks Kate x
