This a Time Share resort, now owned and operated by Hapimag. The annual maintenance fee keeps rising, and is now approximately 500 for this small apartment, for one week.
There is no longer access to the spa facilities of the adjoining hotel - a major reason for buying into this Time Share scheme in the first place. No one wants these 'cottages', you can't even give them away! To surrender your 'week' will cost you 3 x the annual maintenance fee.
The apartment was clean and tidy, and well equipped. There is no view whatsoever. You now have to pay separately for electricity (and are not provided with meter readings nor charge per unit) and if you bring a dog, then it costs an additional 50. You also have to put down a 150 indemnity deposit on arrival (in case of breakages!).
This used to be a very nice friendly resort under the old management - not so now.
