Staying with air b and b in flat 4 its is freezing the heating is not working properly. There are electric cable all over the place which would be dangerous if you had children with you. We told the host on arrival of problems but they were not intereasted. Place is dirty and very dated. Location is the best thing about this place

Staying here for 3 days in flat 1. Oh goodness were can I start small 2 room apartment hardly enough space for 2 people but we made it work I found a lot of things wrong, examples: No hand soap No body soap Not enough toilet paper 1/2 a roll provided (not enough for 3 nights) Broken towel rail Broken bathroom heater Shower screen didnt fit the shower Dirty utensils Dirty floors The string for the bathroom light is very short Mould in the bathroom Used foil left in the oven Tacky wallpapers as seen in a photo The worst Wi-Fi I have ever experienced certain SAFE sites were blocked by a game blocker???thats unnecessary, Im giving kudos for the great kitchen appliances and a nice layout and ceiling.

We stayed in flat number 1. We had booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 as it was so depressing. The towel rail fell off the wall, the cord to turn the light on in the bathroom was broken so I had to stand on a chair to turn it on. The bathroom heater did not work. the bathroom itself had spiders and there were dead insects on the floor in the main room so I dont think it has been cleaned recently. There was no soap which I think is a basic requirement. And also there was no tea or coffee which would be a nice touch after a long journey.
