        What a wonderful hotel/bar, restaurant situated right in the centre of Windermere. Lovely atmosphere with good decor. Friendly and helpful staff with the usual wines and beers on offer, but the food is excellent with good portions and well presented. Didn't realise that they had rooms available so will have to remember that for my next visit. The only thing I found strange was that they were closed all day Thursday???
