Steep steps then two tight staircases down. Awkward with bags - especially if car is across road in main car park.
Booking in slow - had to queue with bar customers.
Complicated daily 'free drink offer' - card left in room on arrival for free drink if I opted for no 'room tidy' by cleaners. No card left by cleaners on day two as they received request not to tidy!
Paid for B&B.
Breakfast a disaster. Waited 55mins on day two for English. Apologies offered and blamed new 'Chef'.
Not much better on day three. 35min wait for scrambled eggs "on hot buttered thick farmhouse bread" eventually arrived in thin sliced white. The kind of bread I haven't eaten since student days.
